By using VectorKit ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VectorKit is a 100% in-browser image editor and SVG converter. All image processing runs on your device using WebAssembly. No image data is uploaded to any server. We never see your images.
The Service is offered in a Free tier and a Pro tier. Features available in each tier are described on the pricing page. Tier entitlements may change with reasonable notice.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time through the Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Free tier: You may use VectorKit and any SVG output for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Pro tier: You may use VectorKit and any SVG output for commercial purposes, including client work, products for sale, and print or cut files used in a business context.
The software itself (code, design, WASM binaries) remains the property of VectorKit and may not be redistributed, reverse-engineered, or resold.
You must not use the Service to process images you do not have the right to use, or to produce content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. You are responsible for the content you process.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet any specific quality requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VectorKit's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the app or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
